MBA Posts: 594 Rating: (79)	on the 840D toolbox is a software tool "NCVAR Selector" install this software on your computer with this tool you choose the appropriate variable that you wanted to read from the NC to the PLC If you have selected the varaible create with the tool a DB source if you have create the DB in S7 use the FB2 from the basic program to read the variable examples for use FB2 are on "DOC on CD"
