Our plant is equipped with several sinamics drives and wehave uploaded the all drives backups on laptop through Driver Es - Starter V4.2 software. Last week one drive tripped with alarm "F30106 PU: Actual_Sens Offset err" I checked the manual book, this alarm was belong to parameter No: P6950 LAPTOP (with STARTER): I connect the laptop with drive and online try to find the parameter in the expert list but this parameterwas not available in the parameter list. DRIVE OPERATOR PANEL: I checked on the drive operator panel, itwas also not available, but by access the service level (after entering the password) I can see this parameter setting. It means all parameters which are related to service level are not uploaded though STARTER software and the backups which we have are not useful to download again. How I can uploadcomplete parameters of the drives through STARTER software.

When you open the expertlist you have in the toolbar a key symbol, click it set the Servicelevel and enter the password, now you see the hidden parameters of the servicelevel in the expertlist. Ajay Gupta Posts: 58 Rating: (19)	Dear Nisar, The backups taken by you can always be downloaded without any harm. It is just the case that you wont be able to see these hidden parameters when the drive is offline. To be able to see all the parameters please enter the password (which you already know) and then upload the drive object. You will be able to see this parameter now even in the offline mode (maybe again you will have to set the access mode to service in offline mode too) Have a nice day Regards Ajay Gupta
