Is there somewhere a manual/example program/what ever about how to program this in the safety program S7 v5.5. Components: CPU S7-317F-2PN/DP IM151-3PN ET200S PM-D F PROFIsafe F-DS1e-x 2.4-16A HF (5 pieces) thanks in advanced! Roland

I Can find the I/O of the motorgoup, I can find the Outputs for safetygroups 1-6 on the PM-D F. However I cannot find something how to implement this into my software so that I get SIL3. Did you (or anybody else) used this before and do you have an example program for it? I know now that I can shutdown up to 6 safetygroups via the PM-D F and that the motorgroup switch off the relay and the intelligence of the motorgroup will switch off the circuitbreaker if there still current measured during emergency stop. But with SIL3 I need a feedback of this before I am allowed to reset. Thanks in advanced!
