Im trying to read from the analog input in AIW0. I need to read its value (ranging from 0 to 32676) and convert it to (0 to 300). Im thinking of doing this by multiplying by 100 and dividing by 10922 to get the values i want. The problem is that i cant figure out how to convert this value in STEP-7 MicroWin. I tried to convert it using the MUL_I operationg and and DIV_I but when i transfer to the PLC and display console it shows only characters (mostly "e"). I tried to use MUL_DI but since AIW0 is not a double i get errors when compiling.
