Set the password and do not tell them the password - then they cannot login and change anything. Or, if that is not sufficient, write a custom vb.net PC app to handle the PLC/PC data gathering and make it available to the user rather than a web page. Probably other solutions available but those seem simple enough. The simplest is just giving the user a favorite/bookmark to your custom web page and have the system auto-redirect any web page to your plc back to your custom web page. I'm not the best web programmer by far, but it seems fairly simple to configure a browser to disable specific pages.
