Hi,

I have 6 OP277 HMIs model 6AV6 643-0BA01-1AX0
4 of the six started having trouble since last month, the display would not come out of screen saver mode , or if the display is there and also I see the current parameters changing , but I cannot go to another display page from the current one.
after few minutes - may be 15 -20 minutes, everything starts working fine . this happens 1-2 times in a day in all of them.
I am not sure if suddenly the keyboard started behaving or there is something else.
please advice

anyone having a similar experience then please share.

Try OS Update. . That may solve your problem. .
