If yu program with Simatic Manager v5.5, open the Options menu --> Reference data and select Cross-References.

If you use TIA Portal, open the Tools menu--> Cross-References.

             In that ladder program block you called in Main OB (OB-1). then only physical output is glowing . So kindly check this if that FB or FC you are called in OB-1 .??
