Hello, I have the same problem. CPU messages (Warnings/Alarms) not displayed on WinCC. The CPU messages displayed last message as CPU Alarm Acknowledgment memory full and SFC_17 & SFC_18 ret_val error code is 8082 (Not enough CPU resources) I'm using S7-414 redundant CPUs with 2MB RAM and the load memory is more than 80% free\ Thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

If you are seeing error returns from ALARM_S and ALARM_SQ, then the issue is that the messages are not getting send by the PLC, so WinCC does not see them. ALARM_S and ALARM_SQ use system resources to track the current state of the alarm, so a resource is occupied from rising edge to falling edge on SIG. Assuming you are using a 6ES7 414-4HM14-0AB0, https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/pv/6ES7414-4HM14-0AB0/td lists the limits on messages (scroll down to "S7 Message functions"). For ALARM_S / ALARM_SQ, the limit is 100 simultaneous alarms. However, if you switch to using the ALARM8 blocks (SFB34 / 35), the limits increase to 1200 simultaneous alarms. SFC107 ALARM_DQ and SFC108 ALARM_D are similar to ALARM_S and ALARM_SQ, except that you can manually manage the system resources to force alarms to free up occupied resources.
