you are trying to read address 360-358-356 where you have this address?

SF fault : 

in this diagnostic file that you send , all the error are relate to use address that not exist in HW configuration :

for example  

for remove these error you must correct the program or address 

but may you have more error and you can increase number of massage show in diagnostic buffer in properties of CPU
