What is "Bypass contactor"? What is the difference between precharging contactor and Bypass contactor? How can I manage this problem? Please, answer me quickly. I am very short of time. //sorry for my english

But I want to turn your attention, that my ALM is booksize format. Siemens technical support advised me update firmware from 4.3.2 to 4.4 HF 12 version. I did it and the fault didn't appeared anymore. Also, they said me that bridging contactor and bypass contactor are the same things. Its description is situated in equipment manual SINAMICS_S120_GH3_Chassis PU. So, I think my problem is solved thanks to technical support.

aktan Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi, F30062 alarm is a kind of bug for old version ECU CF(Compact Flash) software. Meaning of the fault: Inside of the drives, there some bypass contactors to save energy at the max current. That is good for us but at the old ECU versions (before 2012) has a set limit for these bypass contactors illegal shut down. If you turn the power off 3 or 4 times when the drive was running and the bypass contactor was ON. Drive locks and ECU says F30062. Solution: Increase your ECU CF version to for example 2.7 Then plug in the CF to ECU and power on. You will see an alarm and blinking leds. It means new version is loading to drives. After 4- 5 minutes restart them all and that is it.
