Engr Umair Posts: 50 Rating: (0)	1. i have 2 CPU 315-2DP which are installed on machine. When i upload the station to PC All the blocks and Hardware configuration correctly uploaded to PC. But when i upload the station to PC from 2nd CPU. Their occurs an ERROR 2000.It upload all the blocks but hardware configuration is not complete. Where Masterdrives MC are attached on Profibus but its not showing in Hardware configuration ! Please guide me whats the issue.Error pic is also attached When i upload the station blocks are uploaded but hardware is not complete its not showing Master Drive MC Please help me out Thanks

If you are using latest version then some times this kind of error comes...i also faced same kind of errors. Due to version change you first need to check tht Master drive MC is available in your current version or not....If it is available but in your upleaded hardware showing DP-Norm then you just need to reconfigure Your Drive with same parameters only in the Hardware. Hope it helps!!!

If you upload the backup from first CPU say with MPI address 2 & in the same project if you upload the backup from other CPU with same MPI address then it could not be uploaded in the same project. You must have to create new project then upload.

Engr Umair Posts: 50 Rating: (0)	I am trying to upload the Station from CPU 315-2DP ( 6ES7 315-2AG10-0AB0 ) with Simatic Step 7 Version 5.5 I can upload OBs,FBs,FCs,...but when I upload Hardware an error window appears with following content: 2000) error while uploading the the configuration to the programming device (PG). Do you want to continue? and then when I click the help button help on massage 13 : 77 appears Please be informed the CPU is still running without any faults. I have tried to upload hardware with HwConfig too but the same errors taked place. Also I tried to change PG/PC setting but in all correct ones the same error existed. Also from somewhere i also have read Drive ES PCS 7 this required to upload the hardwre station. Is it required ? Thanks

In order to be sure ask who made the last changes in that project for confirmation. Becase that package is not free. There is no way to upload the project without to have all used software packages installed. Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

If i install that package should it work ? That package has all the pacakges and files ? Drive ES PCS 7 8.0 SP1 is the last version. But are you using PCS7? If not you will need DriveES Basic... As I suggested you eventually to have a confirmation about used software from who did the last changes.
