I want to send a GET like following: 192.168.0.20:14999/start

If i do this in browser (chrome) it starts a commando on a PC software. -> That works fine.

If i try to do this in TIA 15.1 (CPU 1500) with the LHTTP -> GET function block, (see attachement)the PC software doesn't react.

I think i do something wrong in the PLC software.. Can somebody help me?

When i activate GET:

- Error: true

- Status ID: 1

- Status: 16#809B

- Responsecode: 0

- Lenght: 0

Status 16#809B is about the Hardware ID.

Have you tried another one? for example 65.

Thank you for the support, it has to be 64 (Interface). I found this at the Tag table - System Constants.

Now the LHTTP_Get works fine.

For who is still struggling with this library:

• Try using 0 (zero) as hwID.
• The manual of this library states this library is meant for S7-1500 PLC's, but I got HTTPS-connections working on a S7-1200 (1212C, firmware v4.4.1).
• If you are using this to send messages to an API, it might be necessary to edit the library to change the headers. I had to change "Accept: text/html" to "Accept: application/json".
• If you use HTTPS, you need to add certificates, which you can do after protecting the project with a password. Instructions are in the manual.

I hope this helps others.

A question... which kind of parameter and in which position did you put the LHTTP_parameters.response for the responseData block InOut variable?

I am trying to use an Array[*] of Char, as InOut, inside a DB Block which must be linked to an FB Block, and no matter how I adapt and relocate or change it (Array[0..100] of Char, as Static Variable in a Global FB Block, etc...), I cannot make the parameter accepted by the compiler.

Can you upload a text so i can see the whole string of your parameters.payload? and maybe a picture of how you have changed the headers in the library?
