I wonder what is the correct value when I configure encoder section of S210 technology objects.

Encoder type, Steps per revolution, Number of revolutions, Bit in incr.actual value?

Motor article number is 1FK2103-2AG10-1MA0.

I'll use this motor for up and down axis with mm dimension.

I attached screenshot what I did.

Let me know whether this is correct or not.

I understood meaning of Number of revolution clearly.

Could you explain the meaning of Steps per revolution, GN_XIST1 and GN_XIST2?

I read manual but it's not easy to understand what they mean.

How to know that these value? I mean, where I can find which is correct value what I use motor.

And one more question, how to configure ratio(load gear) if I use reducer.

I can find it only S7-1500 technology objects.

Give me your advice.

The SIMOTICS 1FK2 Motors for the SINAMICS S210 are all fitted with absolute encoders Single- or Multiturn. Depending whether you are using a Single- or Multiturn encoder you have to choose the encoder settings in the TO of the S7-1200. Attached you will find which values you have to set.

Additional hint:

The 14th position of the Article No. of the 1FK2 motor shows the encoder type (S = Singleturn / M = Multiturn).

Your motor Article No. is1FK2103-2AG10-1MA0, therefore a Multiturn encoder.
