  I am working with cpu315 -2 PN/DP(315-2EH14-0AB0) ,using AI analog module (331-7KF02-0ab0) for RTD PT 100, I can read analog count when i program with simatic manager But i cant read analog input count when i program it with SIMATIC STEP 7 Professional (TIA Portal) V13,it shows 0.0 count. i cant understand why  it is happen ?, i want to work with STEP 7 Professional (TIA Portal) V13.  please healp me..

As i am trying this thing with AI 8x13bit (6ES7 331 1KF01 0AB0) and 2/4AI x RTD (6ES7 134-4JB51-0AB0)(with compitible CPU).

To better Understanding to what is happening in Analogue Signals it is better to you to build it manually and see what is going on

Hello Ertapu;

TIA Portal does not support the PIW and PQW nomenclature (as used in Step 7 v5.5)  for peripheral addressing.

It supports immediate addressing in the following format (for word or bit addresses in this example).

- %IW256:P or %I20.0:P

- %QW258:P or %Q25.3:P

Check your online help for more details.

try for first put that %IWXXX:P to some WORD area, f.ex.%MW40, after that watch that %MW40. There you can see it's value.
