Hello mehmet; At first glance this appears to be a OP7 panel, which was competely discontinued in 2007. Even when it was first put on the market, there was not enough memory in these (and similar) units to allow a backup from a programming PC; memory chips wee too expensive in those days. The original Protool program was compiled before downloading to the HMI panel, and this compiled program is the ony thing you can upload, if you have a copy of the ProSave program. A compiled program cannot be de-compiled or read by ordinary software. Once the program is uploaded with ProSave, you cannot open it for modification (again, it is compiled), and all you can do is download it to a panel with exactly the same product number as the orignal panel. If you do not have a spare part with the same part number, you can always look for one in Siemens Spare Parts service, or from a reseller. Knowing all this, if you are still interested in pursuing this search, please have a look at the following documents: - OP 7 manual: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/1145112 - Taking backup from OP7 https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/ww/en/posts/taking-backup-from-op7/85191/?page=0&pageSize=10 - Servicetool SIMATIC ProSave (downlaod) https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/10347815 Hope this helops, Daniel Chartier |

Hello mehmet; The version of ProSave proposed earlier for download (v16) supports the OP7 panel, in different versions; see the screenshot below to check if your panel corresponds to the shown part numbers. There are (older) versions of ProSave available in Product support, search for them using the search box at the right of this page. As far as manipulating the uploaded (*.psb) file once the backup is done with ProSave, I have tried to explain the limited functions you are allowed. Maybe these dcuments can help t explain in more detail: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/27731681 If you are still confused, I can only suggest you open a Support Request (the link can be found at the top of this page) giving the part number of both the OP7 to be replaced and the replacement unit; Siemens techs will tell you if a Prosave restore is possible. Hope thiis helps, Daniel Chartier |
