Hi for a simple PID tasks (analog in/out; for open/close You can do hysteresis - open when flow lower than xxx and close when higher). I did my own, simple PID block (printout attached). It is used to trim temperatures in wire processing equipment and works very well. note: IQ variable TRIM must be linked to a STAT or Marker (NOT TEMP). Attachment!AUTO_TRIM.pdf (542 Downloads) |
