Siprotec 7SA6 error LED is continually ON, rest blinking

Hello every one, I have a problem with Siprotec 7SA6. The error ‘s LED on the relay is continually ON , and the other LEDs are blinking. Also there is no display. while connecting to the device directly for initialization, I face an error in Digsi 4.8. The pictures are attached. Kindly, Could anyone give some solution for this problem please?
