WinCC online table control just shows all values from archives:

But I want, e.g. only 5 rows value of tag per hour:

8:00     29

9:00       13

10:00      23

11:00       12

12:00       31

Acquisition, Archiving/display cycle is set to 1 sec

so it just read all values

What settings should I set? all settings just doesn't work (start to end, time range)

only number of points works, i can limit rows to 5, but still how to display per hour, not first 5 values per second.

don't say me that it depends only on Acquisition, Archiving/display cycle, i won't change it from sec to hour, because I also use this archive tag for online trend

If you like to show the values only every hour you have to copy cyclical for example via c or vbs action from the processvalue to an internal tag.

You can save the internal tag every hour into tag logging and show your internal tag in the table control.

The table control shows al values from tag logging there is no possibility to reduce the values for 1 hour.

That object has time step property, but it allows only maximum 1 minute

How about:
Or you create a compressed archive with this archivetag
where you can get a compressed vaule for 1 hour or 1 day,
and display then this compressed vaule in your OnlineTableControl.
