I need to copy the value of 4 local single bits in to a word type, in STL.  Reason being i need the word type in wincc flexible alarm manager since it only accept word data type and my alarm trigger in the software are booleans.

That is going to cause problems. There is no need for the jump instructions for the last iteration you published.

Below is an idea. You can use the structure for your direct addressing too.
