Hello amit;
For a redundant S7-400H system, you need 2 identical S7-400H CPUs, synchronization F.O. cords and a rack (single, designed for redundancy, or 2 separate ones).

These components are taken care on ifn the S7-400 redundancy bundles, as described below:

6ES7400-0HR01-4AB0	S7-400H SYSTEM BUNDLE AC, CPU 412-5H
6ES7400-0HR02-4AB0	S7-400H SYSTEM BUNDLE AC, CPU 414-5H
6ES7400-0HR03-4AB0	S7-400H SYSTEM BUNDLE AC, CPU 416-5H
6ES7400-0HR04-4AB0	S7-400H SYSTEM BUNDLE AC, CPU 417-5H

For the redundant link to IO over Profibus-DP you could also purchase a redundancy bundle for the ET 200M:

6ES7153-2AR03-0XA0

ET200M, IM153-2 INTERFACE REDUND.BUNDLE

To complete your IO station you would also need (depending on the number of IO modules in your redundant ET 200M):

6ES7195-7HB00-0XA0

ET200M, BUS UNIT F. 2 40MM I/O MODULES

And one of these special rails (depending on the number of the active bus modules):

6ES7195-1GA00-0XA0	ET200M, RAIL 483MM
6ES7195-1GC00-0XA0		ET200M, RAIL 2000MM
6ES7195-1GF30-0XA0		ET200M, RAIL 530MM
