There is one possibility by using the configuration file to set a new location.

Please follow the following steps: 

1. Backup the current CNET project
2. Close CNET
3. Go to the"C:\Program Files\CNet\app" directory
4. Open the file "application.properties" in any text editor (please make a backup beforehand)
5. Find ${user.home} string and replace it with the new path:  e.g. D:/Cnet  (Important / not \)
6. Restart CNET
7. Restore the archive to the new location.
