hi everybody hope all of you feell great, so im having problem with the elektronikon controller and the micromaste 420, the elektronikon says "converter status failures" i tried to copy all the comunication parameters form other compresor that its workin fine, and the problem persist, i dicede to do master reset and re-entered all the parameters and nothig so if any idea will help a will apreciate thanks.

Tell us what did you set in P0700, P1000, P731

ok thanks for you're reply so the parameters are:

P700=2

P1000=5

P0731=52.3

P0719.1=11 (note: in the other mm4 that its working this parameter it set to in01=13 i tried to put this value but i got the same error.)

You have set P1000 = 5 which means:USS via RS485 terminals

My question: did you really want to control the MM420 via USS RS485 terminals?

If not please tell us the method of control you want.

I know this is an old post, but to save headache of others who have an Atlas Copco, The P0700 should be 5. 

The command source should point to the Elektronikon.

P0700 = 5 -> USS on COM link

in the MicroMaster Parameter list, when P0700 is change to 5 or any values from 1 to 6, it will also change the values in P0703 up to P2236 but not all. Please read manual of Parameter List.

I had a fault Conv.Format Fail 52 every time the compressor is requested to run, the P0700 was set at 2. The Elektronikon was not receiving a feedback and the MM440 was just running at 38hz, it was not increasing speed. 

i have same "Conv.FormatFail 52" but each time stop compresor or speed of motor goes at minimun for 1 minute.

I've been having this issue for 2 weeks, i guess some part of MM440 communication parameters are wrong. i attached some of parameters i believe could be wrong
