Hello,

The aim is to measure speed. We have two optical sensors mounted next to each other on fixed distance 50mm.
There is a mechanical lever which movement breaks the sensor light beams.
As a result we get two 0-1 (positive) edges signals where one is delayed. This delay is proportional to the speed. The speed is calculated as "fixed distance" divided by "measured time". The real lever speed is about 1m/s which means about 50ms edge to edge delay.
Question: Is the Logo module (hardware latest version) able to measure the time difference 50ms in reasonable resolution?
It seems to me that even if the logo has dedicated "fast inputs" the "stopwatch" resolution is limited to 10ms time-base.
I am asking you might know some workaround how to do it. Otherwise I would need another specialized hardware...
