I had a PLC with this part no. 6es7214-1bd23-0xb0.

There was also two analog module. 

Last time PLC was faulty. Power supply burn. So, I bought a new PLC with same part no and downloaded the old program to new PLC. When I run the machine the digital bit work if I command from HMI. LIke off on.

But If a set a analog value from value HMI its not working.

(The HMI giving data to PLC with this variable: VW106. If I give a value manually like 32000 this give 10v to analog output. )

If i undestand, you don't unscale vw106, but move its value to AQW0 ! Normaly what you get :

If you set it to 16000 --->AQW0=5v

                      8000 ---->AQW=2.5v

                            0 --->AQW0=0v

                     32000 --->AQW0=10v

I have replaced CPU only.  All the other module not changed.  

I have check all modules with a simple program.  

I got the digital and analog all modules are working fine. If I put 3200 to analog output manually I got 10 v with meter.  That make me clear they are working.

in your prj, you put value from HMI to S7-200 VW106? Because if YES, don't understand your multiplication in Netw.9, maybe this affect that VW106, maybe I'm wrong. That VD104 including your VW106, pls answer your idea about input from HMI to that VW106, because that VW106 is affected by that multiplication probably. Other areas like VW526 and VW426 working correctly? Can they be changed by HMI too?
