We have a TD400C text display which displays only Chinese text. The operator menu is not accessible. It seems as though it is a custom build? We tried to load a simple English configuration using Microwin and a CPU224 with no luck. We have seen these units before but only in English language. Is there anything we can do? Please advise ASAP.
