We want to show  speed of our 25 machine display in a big TV monitor.

I have planned to purchase Wincc Flexible pc based HMI license. I'll run this  on a computer with big monitor. I wanna use s7-1200 plc. Is it possible to do that? 

To display speed, we will use just a proximity sensor and take the speed of the machine from a rotating parts.

Yes.

Take care that your monitor is supporting the resolution that WinCCflex alllows you.

Use at least WinCCflex2008 SP3 Upd.7 to get all resolutions.
Older WinCCflex Vesrions do not have all resolutions.

Speed calculation by proximity switch should be done at PLC, not at HMI.

Optimum is to find Virtual HMI solution to link to several LOGO! PLCs.

Other idea is to use web server available inside PLC (S7-1200 or LOGO!). Then find way to display web server content on (smart) TV.
