The ET200SP is a "small" 1500.
With tis CPU's you have more commands as a 1200 (all special for 1500) and also more I/O's
The next advantage is also that you can use the ET200SP modules direct at the CPU.
You have more different modules and much more.

The price of the ET200SP is also not so different at the 1200.
