Hello my friends , im having similar trouble, i have a smartline tp HMI here, ive examined the hardware, its a little inconsistent with what you have from the Siemens range of HMI that we know produced in europe, i think this one is a remake or a copyrighted version of Simatic, however im greatly exploring this, trying out loads of tests, making findings and i'd summit all the information i get as regards cable connection,diagrams, software and relevant info in due course.....id be back here  very soon with answers that help.
