authorization problem

marinb126 Posts: 26 Rating: (0)	help needed..... i have wincc 6.0 and i want to make 2 users with different administrative levels. first with permission to do anything (monitor, control,change setpoints etc...) and second only with monitoring permission.i have problem in creating second user.i have already set monitoring authorization for this user in User Administration in Wincc and created that user in windows under the same name and group but still it doesnt work.i cant even enter wincc with this user.how do i do that (WITHOUT SIMATIC LOGON!!)??? please write...

April Posts: 1776 Rating: (95)	Hi, what you like to do is not possible. The sentences in the WinCC documentation are confusing. Group "SIMATIC HMI CS" The first sentence is not relevant. The second sentence is relevant. Group "SIMATIC HMI Viewer" The first sentence is not relevant. This group is only used by WinCC WebNavigator. Result: There is no possibility to open a WinCC project user-pending with read only. In runtime you can do this user-pending with setting the flags in User administrator. Best regards April
