Hello
i have problem with CPU which have 1MB MMC 6ES7952-1KK00-0AA0.
when i insert the MMC in Cpu Slot it is goes to fault and Internal fault LED on...
i have MMC delete through Simatic Manager MMC>Open>Delete.

after that i download user program in MMC via simatic Manager Command then it also give internal fault..

whats reason..???

Kindly see attached Snaps for Interrupt setting.???

also explain please can read the MMC order number in On-line OR Off-line In HW_CONFIG..???

The second message (error) has remedy like: Note the restrictions of the CPU used (menu command PLC > Module status, Performance Data tab or look up the performance data in the
documentation for the module used). Use a more powerful module. And to mention also the "Copy RAM to ROM..." function is not supported by SIMATIC S7-400 CPUs.
