WinccFlexible (PC Runtime) and Allen Bradley ML1400 Communication at the Startup i.e. Power ON

We have developed one application which we want to start automatically at the Computer startup. We copied the runtime file of that application into the startup folder in C:\ Drive. But whenever we power-on the computer , the application doesnot communicate. But when close the application and again start it , it start communicating. We are using ML1400 (Rockwell PLC) and Computer( in which we have installed the winnccflex.) We are using RS232 cross cable 9pin D-type connector cable . If there is any setting missing or if we are doing something wrong please correct us. Thanks in advance !!! Rohan G.
