Offset in structure

Import-User-1 Posts: 3609 Rating: (29)	Nitin"W I am new to wincc Flexible , I am willing to use faceplate and structures. I have problem in entering offset in the structure . For ex. I want to use DBxx.DBW0 as my first element and DBxx.DBW10 as my second element. I have observed that in the structure its creating its own offset and not allowing to edit the offset. How can I enter my desired offset to read the perticular address. 2. I want to show animation of a shape. eg, a circle... 0 - red and 1- green using structure tag in Face plate. Can you help me ?Please. if you have a single screen sample project then it will be gr8 HELP... Regards NItin

NitinW Posts: 17 Rating: (2)	HI ,, Problem 2 is solved, have done animation using structure tag in faceplate. But still I have problem with the offset. Right now just kept few dummy tags to reach the correct offset.But I feel its not the correct way ..!! regards nitin

Trying to explain again ... a simple example .. eg. Consider a DB with Bit at 0.0 -- Automode 0.4 -- TestMode 0.7 --Maintenance Mode Now when I try to enter second element ( TestMode)in the structure , it showing offset 0 and Bit offset 1.whereas I want bit offset 4 . So my question is how to edit the bit offset. Right now I have kept Dummy bit tags in between 0.0& 0.4 & 0.7 Name DT offset( Read Only)Bit offset (Read only) Automode BOOL 0 0 Dummy01 BOOL 0 1 Dummy02 BOOL 0 2 Dummy03 BOOL 0 3 TestMode BOOL 0 4 Dummy05 BOOL 0 5 Dummy06 BOOL 0 6 MaintenanceMode BOOL 0 7 This way my system is working , but I dont like the dummy tags,,,,, Regards Nitin
