myhaye Posts: 45 Rating: (0)	hello, dear experts, I have one problem, Idid a project with wincc flexible 2008 SP3, and I downloaded into an MP 277 10 inch with touch. Working but a have one problem with this message: - SIMATIC WINCC FLEXIBLE 2008 SP3 RUNTIME: License key not available Simatic WINCC Flexible/SMART Access for Simatic Panel how can I solve this problem? I have Simatic Step 7 V5.5 thanks for the cooperation, best regards, myhay ene

I have Simatic Step 7 V5.5 thanks for the cooperation, best regards, myhay ene Hello myhaye, Please go to WinCC flexible -> Device settings and check if you have selected: "Sm@rtAccess or Service: Start Sm@rtServer" Or one of the other possibilities with Sm@rtAccess. you should deselect these options. Transfer project again to panel. (It could be that you will have to perform an OS update with the option "Reset to factory settings" selected) Or you can buy the license WinCC Flexible Sm@rtAccess Best regards, Wizard
