S7 315-2PN/DP, which interfaces has PLC, connect to SCADA

Chandra Tiwari Posts: 247 Rating: (2)	Hi Fritz, I have S7 315-2PN/DP PLC of MLFB no.6ES7315-2EH14-0AB0 my questions are: 1) It is having 2 Ethernet port (RJ45) or only 1 port? 2) If its having 2 RJ45 port, can i connect, SCADA with 1 RJ45 port and HMI with other RJ45 port? 3) I believe the MAC ID of both RJ45 ports will be same, in this case any issue in NetPro connection? Thanks in advance :)

Thanks in advance :) hi, 1) It is having 2 Ethernet port (RJ45) or only 1 port? it is having two ports like an integrated switch 2) If its having 2 RJ45 port, can i connect, SCADA with 1 RJ45 port and HMI with other RJ45 port? yes you can connect. both your SCADA and HMI is going to communicate with the same CPU. 3) I believe the MAC ID of both RJ45 ports will be same, in this case any issue in NetPro connection? it will have the same MAC/IP address. the two ports acts as an integrated switch and the functionality will be the same as well.
