communicate S5 115U to WinCC v7.0 using CP1430 card

If you don't mind can you share your experience about it. Here is my questions: 1. Do I have to create additional program in S5 CPU? 2. What parameters need to be configured in CP1430 using NCM COM 1430 TF? 3. Am I right to use S5 Ethernet layer 4 in WinCC channel driver? How to confgure it? Thank you for your reply
