Hello, a Prosave-backup you can only use for the same panel type. Is the OP27 faulty? Regards André Räppel --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- www.raeppel.de

Hello, the best (and only) solution is to use an other OP27. Which order-no? 6AV3627... Where are you come from? If not you have to create a new visualization. Regards André Räppel --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- www.raeppel.de

Hello, how to create a new visualization? Re-create picture by picture. Please look in your private messages. Send me the order-no of the OP27 and the Prosave backup. Regards André Räppel --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- www.raeppel.de
