Do you have a spare AI module you could replace to verify channel 0 functionality? If so, great. If not, do you have absolute certainty of the wiring for channel 0? If you put a 500 ohm resistor across the signal and change the analog input to 0-10V, does the signal work as needed and not fault any longer? It is much easier to troubleshoot voltage signals, then revert back to current once the problem is isolated.
