Question about recipes.

Can I create "recipe of recipes"?

What I mean - for example I have two recipes ("first" recipe and "second" recipe which connect with different tags) and some records in this recipes. By command I need to write tags accordingly record1 of first recipe and record3 of second recipe (for example). So, how activate certain records of different recipes and have ability to save theirs different combinations like new recipe maybe.

Hope I have clearly explained what I need.
