TOO LOW TORQUE ON MOTOR SHAFT

Mrazzomor Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Dear all, I have a problem with the work of DC motor, which is powered by SIMOREG, type: 6RA7013-6DV62-0-Z. We have motor with following data : V 1/min A kW 58-420 10-2590 8,35-8,65 0,011-2,85 420 4400REG. 8,65 2,85 Err/excit V A FREMD 310 0,84 80 0,26 DC drive is parameterized and put into operation correctlyand complied with all steps. Motor runs winder and the average speed is about 40 rev/min. Motor does not have the gear and the shaft is connected directly.The average weight of the burden that he runs around 100-200 kg. When starting the engine, it has a very small torque.It is possible to hand stop turret and turn it the other direction. Can someone help me to solve this problem?Is the problem to the engine, DC drive or that the engine have no gearbox. Thanks a lot!

Hello. Your motor has a low power, just 2.85kW. Check your torque/current limits. From where your drive is controlled? Usualy, in winder applications, torque/current limits are variable setpoints from external source. Check these limits in K0143, K0144 and K0131, K0132 at speed 40rev/min.
