Take a look at this thread - second post: /tf/WW/en/Posts/75807#top The use of the AT overlay allows you to have your structure as the IN of an FB, and the byte/word/dword as the OUT of your FB -- and the other way around too. |

Which PLC? Which TIA version? Which TIA license? S7-300 and S7-400 also allows direct access (please indicate if that is what you need). For S7-1200 and S7-1500 you have.. * overlay with AT * slicing huggy_d1 already supplied some help on the overlay. Slicing..
