Upload device to a PC/PG" is not clickable at STEP 7 TIA

MauricioRC Posts: 25 Rating: (0)	Hello, I would appreciate your attentive help, I have problems making abackupof a proyect in my device (CPU 319-3). I am usingSTEP 7 TIA portal V11 SP2. I read in "Portal Help" that I need to proceed as follows: - Create a new proyect - Go to "online" menu - Click in "Upload device to a PC/PG" - Select type of interface - Click the configure interface button to the right of the "PG/PC" interface drop-dow list to adapt settings - Select the device from which you want to upload project data - Click on "Load" Myproblemis that in the "online" menu the option of "Upload device to a PC/PG"is not clickable,i.e., I can not access to that option. What I am doing wrong? This is the correct way to make the backup? There is another way to make the backup of the proyect? Thank you in advance, I hope your answer, Mauricio Rosales Camarillo
