migration winnc flexible 2007 project to wincc felxible 2008 on win 7

nguyenlong89hui Posts: 28 Rating: (0)	Berkant hi Anyone, when I try to open project which is created by wincc flexible 2007 at wincc flexible 2008 there is a error as "conversion of project failed.". I call my local siemens support and they told me save as my project as 2005 project at 2007 and open again at 2008. but its not worked. could you help me, please? best regards, i have the sam problem but i use win 7 so i can't see the link : <Drive:\>Documents and Settings\*<User>\*Application Data\SIEMENS AG\SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2008

I had a similiar problem with a compressed project. The solution was to open the project with wincc flexible 2007, rebuild all, and save it again. But don't compress it. After that wincc flexible 2008 convert it without problems. Regards Darío Fernández
