You should have the password to delete it by redownloading the HW configuration once again after deactivating password. You have to ask the prgrammer for the password. If the case is you need to use the same CPU in other application, then buy a new memory card and write your new program and then you will be free to put a password or not. Hope this helps.

As mentioned by colleagues, there is no way to remove the password by Siemens software. //Actually Siemens have simple challenge-responce protocol for authorisation, but in most countries it is completely illegal to sniff and/or crack the password. Ask programmer to provide you the password (basically password is created for prevention of unauthorised access).
