We are receiving some errors - 0x031a / 0x031b (screenshot attached).

We tried the remedy found in the FAQ with the title :

"How do Diagnostics and Remedy work in in STEP 7 when an online connection with the CP5511 is not possible?"

However, it didn't solve our problem.

We tried with both Access Points (MPI + S7 Online).

We reinstalled the CP5611, but again the same errors.

The cable that connects the card and the PLC has been tested and it is ok

We changed both the Station Address Number and Timeout (Set PGPC Interface -> Properties -> Station Parameters ) but again the same errors.

What might be the error?
Is there any idea?
