"B000 error memory full" when trying to load the PLC archive

lords1979 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I have a 840D that when trying to load the PLC archive recieve a "B000 error memory full". Have tried clearing the PLC and and loading the archive in to no avail. Any ideas?

lords1979 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	We have cleared the NC and the PLC. NC archive loads without issue. Then we go to load the PLC archive, receive the memory full error and then PLC fails to load. Prior to this, a battery died and was replaced. I am grabbing at straws cause have done this before with battery replacement with no problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

lords1979 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	As far as PCU 20 or 50 how would I know? This is a machine for a company that I have helped in the past but am not all to familiar with. It is actually a machine from 1997 and don't believe it has had much in the way if upgrades.
