808D Advanced - Critical error on HMI

Pierre Schair Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Dear all, An other big problem with my 808D advanced. The HMI screen waz freezing so I restarted the CN by unplugging the power. Now it's impossible to use it, I've got a critical error (no address assignement possible) (see photo). CNC, PLC and MCP are working fine but no HMI. HMI touche don't work too. Tell them what software release you are using , not easy todetermine , obviously, if the control does not start up but maybe you can remember. To get support request you need to go here https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?aktprim=0&lang=en&referer=%2fWW%2f&func=cslib.csinfo&siteid=csius&groupid=4000002&groupid=4000002&extranet=standard&viewreg=WW&nodeid0=4000024&objaction=csopen and you will see Support request on the right side.
