pls share with us important infos, do you have DP module prepared for Arduino? Also do you have some library for Arduino for Profibus implementation? I probably see missunderstanding, without this HW component and SW is GSD irellevant, also if it will exists.

I am not sure about the possibility of GSD file with Arduino as there is no (Known) Profibus module for Arduino,

if you want to connect the Arduino to PLC then simply use ModBus TCP protocol and use Ethernet shield for the Arduino, The related Libraries are available in Github.
