In order to be able to monitor them in a watch table, assign a symbol to the instance DB and use this syntax "Name_of_DB.Name_Paramters".Another option while optimized access to blocks are disabled, you can use the absolute addresses but it is difficult to achieve. So can we watch those outputs if we dont download it in to the cpu, I think so because my program doesnot have any external input & output just it need local time. Please help me

Please help me Hello again, When you call an FB, you will find the instance DB assigned to that application.Without downloading a DB to PLC,It is not possible to monitor any variable because they don't exist online.Without downloading, you can keep the initial values and default values assigned for each variables.Only inputs,outputs, inputs/outputs and static data can be monitored in an instance DB,I think local (temp) varaibles are not valid for more than one cycle and you can not monitor them via watchtable.Try to transfer those local variables to at leat static variables to be able to watch them. That is OK, but my TIA Portal is really old here and I can not open projects from newer versions, I will provide you some snapshots to find out the procedure.It may need some time, but mine will be straightforward, for sure.
