Is possible to use two DP/DP Couplers in one DP Network to enable to this network master to exchange data to other masters in their networks ? Alright... sorry... it seems a salad of informations... I'd say the original topology fulfills that critera already and will boldly state thatboth topologies will work. The only difference that I can see is that in the first configuration CPU#2 can exchange information with CPU #1 and #3 . any exchange between CPU #1 and CPU #3 will have to go through CPU # 2. in the 2nd configuration, CPU#1 can exchange information with CPU #2 and #3 . any exchange between CPU #2 and CPU #3 will have to go through CPU # 1. In short both are identical configurations with variations regarding which CPU is the "LEADER" of the network. Cheers Navnag
