Multimaster on profibus, CP 5614 access several Simatic S7-200 stations

Is it possible, to have PC connected via CP 5614 to configure (change program and such) and access several Simatic S7-200 stations and main PLC, presumably S7-400 or S7-1500 (it will be known soon) which will read and write data on slaves on same profibus network?. ----------------------------- New subject after splitting from Multi master systems in profibus communication.

Yes it´s possible! In case that several Masters are connected at a physikal bus and configured with different tools you should ensure that all Masters have the same busparameters. For example you define the number of Masters in Step7 projekt, note the busparameters after compiling an insert them manual in TIA projekt and MicroWin projekt.. Presumably S7-400 or S7-1500 (it will be known soon) which will read and write data on slaves on same profibus network? Schould be no problem!
